  3. Return of Merchandise:
    • WebConnect licence will be taken down. WebConnect Gateways There will be no backup of installed data or reinstall with existing configuration. WebConnect Gateways need to be returned to our shipping warehouse. The shipment must be made within 7 days after we have provided you with the shipping address.
  4. Refund Process:
    • Once we receive your Money Back request and it is inspected, we will process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued within 7 days using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. If a WebConnect Gateway is part of the initial refund, the refund will be processed upon receipt of the device at the shipping warehouse.
  5. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Certain items may be non-refundable due to their nature (e.g., personalized items, digital content consumed, services that have been fully rendered).
  6. Exclusions:
    • This guarantee does not cover any additional fees like individual setup services associated with the purchase.
    • Services rendered within the 28-day period are not eligible for a refund.
